Join Robbin for a 4 week introduction to the Alexander Technique - bring your lunch to class if needed. Everyone is welcomed to this introductory class, which is limited to seven students.

Come play games, learn a bit about how your body works and how to work it, and start up your own personal "Awareness Game". During these four weeks, students will begin the process of learning to be present in their daily lives - both physically AND mentally. Learn how choice (yes, you always have one!) can come into every situation of your day.
Certified Alexander Technique teacher Robbin Marcus will be teaching this four-week lunchtime class series at Decatur Healing Arts beginning on Thursday, Sept 13 from 11:30 am to 12:45 pm. Class fee will be $65 for 4 weeks. (Classes run through Oct 4)
