Sarah will lead actors and performers of all kinds in explorations of physical characterizations.  Actors will learn how physical transformations can deeply root imaginary characters in the psyche. The Alexander Technique will be integrated with characterization skills Sarah has developed with professional actors over four decades. Each actor will create at least one character and everyone will explore improvisation with that new character. Everyone will learn to make bold, creative choices with ease. (Dancers and singers find this very valuable as well.)
