Upping Your Awareness – An Alexander Technique class series with Robbin Marcus.
Curious about the Alexander Technique? Wondering what it can do for you?
Come play games, learn a bit about how your body works and how to work it, and start up your own personal "Awareness Game". During these four weeks, students will begin the process of learning to be present in their daily lives - both physically AND mentally. Learn how choice (yes, you always have one!) can come into every situation of your day.
Gentle hands on will guide the students into increased awareness, and homework will be given for helping to improve awareness outside of class.

Certified Alexander Technique teacher Robbin Marcus will be teaching this four-week early evening class series at Decatur Healing Arts beginning on Thursday, May 17 from 7:00 to 8:15 pm. Class fee will be $65 for 4 weeks.
(Classes run through June 7.)
